Why do I do this if already earning money singing? Because it matters. It matters to me that talented creatives, whose expertise often goes undervalued, have the confidence to step into their greatness. Why ? because I have spent most of my adult life ruminating and worrying about everything and everyone's opinions of me. Suffering with sexual assault as a child framed my habitual thoughts into a pattern of doom and fear. It had become my 'story'...drama, trauma, gossip about it.
